Princeton City School District wants to hear from you! We’re partnering with YouthTruth to hear what families have to say about their school experience and to gather family feedback.Help your school understand how to improve!Surveying runs from February 27 - March 24, 2023.Why are we doing YouthTruth? We want to hear from our educators, students, and families to help schools and the district, as a whole, make improvements to foster a more positive school culture and climate. In addition, research suggests that efforts to improve school culture and student achievement should be informed by staff perceptions as well as student perceptions.Making informed decisions requires hearing diverse perspectives. Feedback from staff members can serve as an actionable, real‐time barometer of factors that influence student success.

Letter to Parents/Guardians 02.28.23
February 28, 2023
Dear Princeton Parents and Guardians,
I am excited to announce an opportunity for parents and guardians to have their voices heard to help Princeton City School District be the best that we can be for our students.
We ask that one parent or guardian from each family visit ytsurvey.org/princetonfamily23 from any internet-enabled device, including a smartphone, to provide your feedback by end-of-day March 24, 2023.
The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and will ask for your feedback on school culture, engagement, relationships, communication & feedback, school safety, and resources.
I will have the opportunity to review your anonymous feedback directly once surveying wraps up, and I look forward to learning from your important perspective. Information with key findings from the survey and administration plans for responding to the data will be shared at a Board of Education meeting, as well as on our district website, www.princetonschools.net/YouthTruth.
Sincere thanks for taking the time to help our school improve.
Best Regards,
Mari E. Phillips, Ed.D.
Associate Superintendent
