    Waterworks Forgiveness Program

    The Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) Economic Hardship Water Debt Forgiveness Program, also known as the “Forgiveness Program,” will help customers avoid water shutoffs at their home. Customers must demonstrate they are experiencing economic hardship due to COVID-19 or be at or below specified income levels. GCWW will forgive past-due amounts related to water and City of Cincinnati stormwater services accrued during the pandemic, from March 1, 2020, through September 30, 2020.

    All applications must be submitted by March 31, 2021 to qualify.
