Dear Princeton Parents, Guardians, and Students:

This is a reminder that if you or your child have symptoms of or have been tested for COVID-19 for ANY reason, you and your household contacts should stay at home until negative results are received.  If you are awaiting results but have no symptoms, you and your child should NOT enter any of the school buildings. This is important to avoid spreading the disease.

To our parents and guardians of students who are coming to school in person, this is a reminder to take your child’s temperature each and every day prior to coming to school or getting on the bus. If your child’s temperature is at or above 100 degrees, your child needs to stay home or seek medical attention as necessary. Please call the school office to report the excused absence.

Students are continuing to do an excellent job wearing their masks and staying socially distant.  We are grateful for their cooperation and dedication to their health and the health of their peers.

As a reminder, per the State of Ohio, we are mandated to post notifications of every COVID-19 case in the district, regardless of whether or not the individual is attending in-person or remote learning. Please view the COVID-19 Dashboard posted on our website for the most up-to-date information, and if you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to your child’s principal.

And my last reminder is that Wednesday, October 21, marks the end of the first quarter and will be a remote learning day for all students.

    As always, Go Vikes!

    Respectfully,

    Tom Burton

    Superintendent
