Glendale Elementary Expectations

At Glendale Elementary our students are RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE, SAFE, and PEACEFUL PROBLEM SOLVERS. All school rules and procedures are built around these four principles. We also expect our students to be in school on time and ready to learn.

Our school day begins at 9:00 a.m. Students may arrive at 8:45 a.m. for breakfast. We end our school day at precisely 3:50 p.m. We thank you for your cooperation and support in adhering to our schedule. Every minute of instruction is valuable.

We also appreciate your support as parents, guardians, and family members to follow up on your child’s progress. A small amount of involvement at home makes a tremendous impact!

Communication

Important updates and information from the school and your child’s teacher will arrive in multiple formats. Please check your child’s backpack regularly for newsletters, graded work, and updates. Updates will also be on the school’s website.
