Odin's Word (High School Newspaper)

• Odin’s Word is a student-run newspaper that covers events at Princeton High School. 

• Students that are part of the newspaper are enrolled in the journalism class

• Journalism is an English elective (co-curricular class). 

• This course is designed to give students a comprehensive understanding of journalism and newspaper writing techniques.

• Students learn to interview, write journalistically, edit, take photographs, and assist with layouts of Odin’s Word Newspaper.

• It requires working outside of the classroom, in order to meet deadlines, and may also require coverage of after-school events.

• It is open to 9-12 graders
