Thanks for Making the #vikingdiff During the COVID-19 Closure
Dear Viking Families,
These are certainly unprecedented times. I want to assure you that the Princeton City School District’s team of Board members, administrators, teachers, and support staff have been working closely with community leaders and partners to do everything possible to help our students, families, and communities through this difficult time.
Hopefully, you have seen the many communications that have come out to keep our families updated and informed regarding our arrangements for access to food, academic lessons, technology, and support resources. Please take the time to read the educational plans that relate to your family. We will continue to provide updates and share information on our website and social media channels.

Our Princeton team is here for you. For families who need food services, resources are available and information is on the website. Teachers have sent home-specific instructional information, which is also on the website. Contact numbers and email addresses for staff are available on the website. If you are having technical issues or need help, please call 513.864.1162. We are here to support you, to communicate with you, and to answer your questions.
My commitment to you and our Princeton communities is that we provide information to you as timely as possible. It is essential that although we are “physically distancing,” we continue to remain closely connected and provide you with the tools and information you need to navigate the upcoming weeks. I do ask you for your patience. We must remain supportive of each other.
We are fortunate to have a generous amount of support from our teachers, volunteers, and businesses and community leaders who have offered to help our students and families. The willingness of our staff and community to help our students and families that might be challenged by any hardships during this time is genuinely the #vikingdiff. That is what makes Princeton so special.
Princeton Pride is definitely strong and brings us together to help one another. To those who have already reached out, thank you! To those who want to join, there is a link to sign up, on our website under District News. We will need help over the upcoming days and weeks to meet the unique needs of our families. We will be reaching out to those who have signed up on SignupGenius.
To our Princeton students - you have been working very hard on your goals this year. Keep on challenging yourselves. Who knows what inventions, creations, and dreams you will accomplish because of this provocative time. The staff and I are going to miss you. Be safe, make good choices, read, and play games.
To our Princeton families - if you need anything, please do not hesitate to call the hotline numbers on our website. Like I said earlier, we are all in this together and our support of one another is more critical now than it has ever been.
Working together, our Viking Village is strong! Take care, please watch for more communications, and as always, GO VIKES!
