    Princeton Families,

Per the latest, Stay Safe Ohio order, students will continue with their remote learning opportunities until the end of the school year Friday, May 29.

Students will continue to learn, read, and sharpen their skills throughout the summer months. Therefore, Chromebook devices will remain on loan, until you graduate, return to the buildings, or if you move away from the school district.

Viking traditions are very important to our community. We are so proud of all of our students and especially our seniors. We know that this spring semester hasn’t gone the way we thought it would; however, we are committed to honoring the hard work of the Class of 2020.

Due to the guidance from Governor DeWine, the latest order from Dr. Amy Acton, and the mandate from the Health Department, Princeton City Schools will hold a virtual graduation on May 30, 2020. The virtual commencement will be broadcast on the Princeton City Schools Facebook page at 7:00 p.m.  The virtual ceremony will also be aired LIVE on ICRC-Television and available On-Demand from their webpage.

Further, the prom and the Bridge Summer STEAM Camp for incoming 6th graders are canceled.

We do have plans on how to return personal belongings to students; however, students are not allowed in the buildings through June, which currently delays this plan. Details will be forthcoming.

Registration for students new to our district, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten is happening online.  Please visit the Welcome Center page on our website for details on how to enroll for the 2020-2021 school year.  We look forward to welcoming our new students onto our campuses as part of the Viking Family as soon as that is possible.

As we continue to comply with the mandates and guidelines provided by Governor DeWine and the Ohio Department of Education, there have been and will continue to be ways that we have to adjust the way we typically do things. We are grateful for your patience and your dedication to our learners, our community, and each other.

Until we can be together in person, we stand united together as Vikings. Go Vikes!
