Sharonville Elementary students demonstrated their leadership skills and shared personal stories of how what they are learning has positively impacted their lives.

The Sharonville Elementary School Student Lighthouse Team (SLT) showcased projects and initiatives that highlight the school's commitment to the seven habits, which include being proactive, beginning with the end in mind, and putting first things first, among others. Each habit serves as a foundational principle that guides students in their daily lives, fostering skills such as responsibility, teamwork, and effective communication.

Parents, business leaders, and community members were encouraged to engage with students during the tour, asking questions and providing feedback on the initiatives being implemented.

One of the unique displays the students shared was the special words and earned badges displayed on their lockers. The badges serve as a visual representation of each student’s achievements, and by the end of the school year, the lockers will be covered with these badges.

Sharonville Elementary School aims to cultivate a culture of leadership and responsibility, not just among students but also within the community. With aspirations of earning the "LEADER IN ME / LIGHTHOUSE SCHOOL" certification, the school will be marked with a distinction for excellence in education and student development.

Sharonville Elementary School is building a strong foundation for future leaders, ensuring that students are empowered for college, career, and life success.
