Science at Stewart! Micah from the Cincinnati Observatory came to teach Ms. Young’s class about comets and meteors. Students made a comet in class and touched a real meteorite from space! It’s surprisingly heavy and dense!

Kindergarten at Stewart went way back in time to celebrate the 100th Day of School! Our students dressed up as 100-year-olds with glasses, gray hair, canes, and lots of character. 👓From counting to 100 to showing off their “old-school” style, it was a day full of laughs, learning, and fun. We are 100% sure these kindergarteners are getting smarter every day! 💯✨

She amplifies student success by always listening with care, encouraging confidence, and helping every student feel seen, supported, and capable of reaching their goals. 5th grade Scientists in Ms. Young’s class at Stewart have been learning about the absorption and reflection of sound. Yesterday they learned this concept through echoes and today with an experiment of different types of media, or materials for sound absorption.
