5th grade Scientists in Ms. Young’s class at Stewart have been learning about the absorption and reflection of sound. Yesterday they learned this concept through echoes and today with an experiment of different types of media, or materials for sound absorption.






Princeton City Schools has received Board approval for an agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County to auction surplus district property that is no longer needed for school operations.
The online auction opens Thursday, January 15, 2026, and will feature old and outdated Princeton property.

More Math Games at Stewart! Mrs. Cole’s class set a New Years resolution to play more math games for learning. This week students are learning to compare numbers using greater than > and less than <. So they practiced by playing cards!










Hands on math in Ms. Boyle’s class at Stewart! Students used popsicle sticks and play-dough to solve fractions.

Today, Mrs. Engel brought The Nutcracker to life in the classroom at Stewart!🩰🎄
After learning about the classic holiday story, students got hands-on and creative by building their very own nutcrackers out of blocks. Their imaginations were on full display—each design totally unique and full of personality! 🧱🤩
