Sharonville’s Principal Kasi Jordan presented a professional development workshop on Leadership at the Ohio Association of Elementary Administrators annual conference in Columbus.
Principal Jordan, along with Bricia Huckleberry and Nicole Brodie, shared insights on fostering a positive school culture, embracing shared leadership, and empowering students as authentic leaders.
As a strong advocate for the “Leader in Me” program, Principal Jordan highlighted the impact of nurturing strong community partnerships and importance of giving students active roles in the school. Connections strengthen school pride and the learning environment.
Whether it's through engaging student leadership roles or developing a supportive culture among our staff, Princeton staff are equipped to make meaningful changes.
Thanks for sharing the work being done at Sharonville Elementary School with administrative leaders from across the state of Ohio.
