Stewart Staff Highlight! Mrs. Reitz has been a teacher at Stewart for over 26 years. She taught 3rd grade for 11 years and 15 in 2nd grade. Weekly Black History Trivia at Stewart! Thanks to the organization of Ms. Hess, the 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders have the opportunity to answer a question about a figure in Black History. These students answered trivia questions correctly about Martin Luther King Jr., Dr. Mae Jamison, and Jackie Robinson! #NotJustinFebruary #AAGV

Learning is a treasure hunt at Stewart! Mrs. Shelton’s class is learning measuring in inches and centimeters. Students rotated around the room to measure different pirate items. After only two days of learning to use rulers by selecting the correct unit and starting at 0, these students measured all 12 items correctly and joined the “Perfect Pirate Measurers” club. 🏴☠️
