A full-circle moment at Glendale Elementary...when Mr. George R. Hall — who made history in 1971 as our first Black male principal — returned to tour and chat with Mr. Walker, our 2nd Black male principal, memories met the present. They talked about leadership, students, and the bright future ahead. Mr. Hall even remembered being called the “PrinciPAL” by students — so endearing! He left saying he could see all the good things happening at Glendale today. What a beautiful legacy to share!
