Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Enrollment Information
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Registration: Please hold the date of Wednesday, February 25, 2026, for the Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten in-person information night at each elementary building from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Registration for Kindergarten will be online using Final Forms through our website www.princetonschools.net; Welcome Center; Final Forms.
Registration for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten begins on March 2, based on the table below. Each elementary building has been assigned a date for families residing in that attendance area to register their child. Please make sure to bring all required documents on your assigned day.
Pre-Kindergarten registrations must be completed in person at the Princeton Central Registration and Welcome Center on the following dates:
March 2, 2026: Evendale Elementary & Sharonville Elementary
March 3, 2026: Lincoln Heights Elementary & Stewart Elementary
March 4, 2026: Glendale Elementary & Springdale Elementary
March 5, 2026: Heritage Hill Elementary & Woodlawn Elementary

Registration Information
Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten Registration:
Registration for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten began March 2, 2026.
Welcome Center registration sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Children who reside within the Princeton City School District and are five (5) years of age on or before September 30,2026, to be eligible to attend Kindergarten. HOWEVER, pending state legislation, this may change to be on or before the first day of school, August 17, 2026. We are awaiting final decisions from the state.
Princeton offers FREE all-day kindergarten. Pre-Kindergarten tuition will remain at the fee rate of $298.00 per month for the 2026-2027 school year.

Pre-Kindergarten Program
Princeton City School District is pleased to offer Pre-Kindergarten classes in most of the district’s elementary school buildings!
Classes are offered four (4) days per week in both morning and afternoon sessions. Children who reside within the Princeton district and are three (3) years of age on or before September 30, 2026, are eligible to attend this program. Transportation is provided for Pre-Kindergarten students within the designated elementary school attendance areas.
Princeton’s Pre-Kindergarten program is a fee program and is supported by Princeton applying for and receiving state and federal funding sources. Each funding source has its own unique criteria that must be adhered to, including stringent age and income eligibility components, in order for the funding source to be retained. The Ohio Department of Education has placed emphasis on providing a pre-kindergarten experience for students turning four (4) years of age prior to September 30, 2026. Princeton is committed to providing a pre-kindergarten experience for as many students as possible.
Princeton also serves Pre-Kindergarten students with disabilities in a blended Pre-Kindergarten classroom. The blended classroom includes students with disabilities and children who are developing typically. If you feel your child would qualify for services for a disability, please contact the Student Services Department at (513) 864-1035 for additional information.
The fee rate for the 2026 – 2027 school year will remain at $298.00 per month.
Reduced fee rates are available for those who qualify.
