Warm Welcome to Ms. Garcia! She joins us from LEAD Training, which is a Cincinnati-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit. LEAD designs and delivers impactful programs centered on career readiness, life skills and social-emotional learning (SEL). LEAD’s mission is to help young people develop confidence and create a clear vision for their future. Ms. Garcia had the following to say about the IC, "I’m excited about the continued momentum and the positive engagement we are building with students.
