studetns and staff dressed as 100 years old and activities for 100 day

Evendale Elementary School recently marked an exciting milestone—the 100th day of school! Students and staff celebrated 100 days of learning, growing, and having fun with a variety of creative and engaging activities. One highlight of the day was the popular “100 Mix.” Students brought in small snacks such as cereal, pretzels, crackers, or candies, and combined them to create a mix with 100 total pieces. This hands-on activity helped students practice counting while enjoying a tasty treat, and it sparked lots of smiles and teamwork in the classroom. Another favorite part of the celebration was dressing up as if they were 100 years old. Hallways were filled with students and teachers wearing gray hair, glasses, suspenders, shawls, and canes, all showing off their imaginative costumes. The day was a fun and memorable way to celebrate learning, math skills, and school spirit as we proudly reached our 100-day goal.
