It is with great  pleasure that Evendale Elementary recognizes  our Classified Staff Member of the Year. Regina Shroyer. This person consistently demonstrates what it means to truly serve a school community. She is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed, approaching every task with kindness, flexibility, and professionalism. Whether she is supporting in classrooms, assisting during lunch, or helping with supervision around the building, Regina goes above and beyond to make sure our students have the support they need to learn and grow. One of Regina’s greatest strengths is the relationships she builds with students. She takes the time to learn students’ names, understand their needs, and make sure they feel seen and valued. From the lunchroom to recess to the hallways, Regina is always looking out for students and ensuring they are safe, supported, and encouraged. Her work with our special needs preschool students further reflects her compassionate heart and her commitment to making sure every child receives the care and attention they deserve.Regina also plays an important role in creating a welcoming environment for families and staff. Through her work helping with the car rider line, she has built positive relationships with parents and caregivers, greeting them with kindness and respect. She is approachable, responsive, and thoughtful in every interaction, demonstrating outstanding customer service and a genuine commitment to our school community. Above all, Regina is authentic, dependable, and deeply caring. She puts students first, works collaboratively with teachers and staff, and always looks for ways to support others. Her sincerity, compassion, and dedication make a meaningful difference in our school each day. Evendale’s 2025-2026 Classified staff member of the year!!
