Big feelings are a normal part of growing up, and learning how to manage them is an important life skill.

Just a few days before school let out for summer, students at Evendale Elementary welcomed the team from Madi's House, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting mental wellness and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and hopeful.

Through engaging activities and conversations, students explored emotions, learned healthy ways to handle big feelings, and discovered that it’s okay to ask for help and talk about what’s on their minds.

Thank you to Madi’s House for helping our Little Vikings build emotional awareness, resilience, and kindness—one feeling at a time.
