FinalForms, the school’s online forms center, is ready for the 2025-2026 school year. Please be aware that new forms were added this year, but all data will be stored from the past school year. Parents/Guardians are asked to log in to FinalForms, review and update any information that may have changed from last year, and digitally sign the forms.
Princeton City Schools does not have access to your login or password information. If you have any questions or technical problems with your login or password, please contact FinalForms directly.

Forms must be updated and signed by July 15 so that each child is compliant and transportation arrangements can be made for the first day and week of school.
