During the November 3, 2025, Board of Education meeting, the Princeton City School District formally recognized the valor and sacrifice of all veterans through an official proclamation.

The Board affirmed that “the willingness of America’s veterans to serve their country has earned them our lasting gratitude” and honored those who have fought to protect the democratic ideals that define our nation.

In the spirit of President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s words — “Let us solemnly remember the sacrifices of all those who fought so valiantly... to preserve our heritage of freedom.” Princeton City School District extends heartfelt thanks to all veterans, especially those who live and work within our Princeton communities.

Thank you for your service, your courage, and your unwavering commitment to protecting our freedom. We extend an invitation to our districtwide concert at Matthews Auditorium on Wednesday, November 5, at 7:00 PM.
