Greetings, Woodlawn Elementary families!
Tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27, 2026, is the last day of school. A few reminders:
(1) Doors open at 8:45 a.m.
(2) No backpacks.
(3) Breakfast and lunch will be served.
(4) Early release at 12:15 p.m. Again, dismissal is at 12:15 p.m.

Jake Sweeney Stadium and Pat Mancuso Field on Chester Road are currently closed due to construction. The field is STILL part of the construction zone, and trespassing is prohibited.

For safety and liability reasons, no one is permitted to be in the stadium/field area at any time without Megan Construction’s approval. This applies to all students, staff, families, and community members, including outside of school hours.

We will share updates as access changes. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

Why is this deadline important?
-Compliance: To ensure that your child’s records are complete and compliant with school requirements.
-Transportation: Ensures your child has proper transportation on the first day of school.
-Updated contact Information: To ensure your child's safety and well-being.

Even if your information hasn't changed, you still need to review and sign the forms.

To complete this process:
1-Log in to FinalForms at https://princeton-oh.finalforms.com/
2-Review and update any information that may have changed from last year.
3-Digitally sign all forms.
4-If you encounter any technical issues, please contact Final Forms directly.

This is a day camp for incoming middle school students. It is a great way to make friends, learn the hallways, and meet some of the teachers students will have at PCMS. This is a free program for all 5th graders who will be coming to PCMS in August.

FACILITY CLOSED - NO ENTRY

Our Woodlawn 4th graders got a special first look at some brand new library books thanks to a generous donation from the Princeton Education Fund! 📚 During a quick “book tasting,” students explored the new titles and wrote down the ones they’re most excited to check out once they hit the shelves. We can’t wait to see these books in their hands soon! Thanks again to the PEF for making this possible! ❤️ #AAGV
