Mrs. Bach's 5th grade class at Heritage Hill is putting their new skills of Tableau from Wit & Wisdom on display for principal, Mrs. Lastra. Using their bodies and props, students create a living picture of a concept or scene from the literary work they are currently studying. Mrs. Lastra served as a guest judge to decide which group created the most realistic scene depicting a characters feelings from their recent reading. This is a great way to incorporate critical thinking skills and collaboration along with creation, description and planning to bring a text to life. 3:13 PM - An accident on Chester Road, near Saint Edmunds Place, at 2:39 PM today, October 21, has resulted in road closures.
Police and paramedics are on site. Bus routes may be delayed. No school buses were involved in the accident.
Road closure may last two hours or more due to fallen trees.
