During the November 3rd Board of Education meeting, Springdale Elementary’s third-grade students, led by Music Teacher Mrs. Ligaya McGee, shared a heartfelt patriotic performance to honor local veterans for their service and sacrifice. Ms. Jessica Schuster, the art teacher, displayed fine pieces of artwork created by third-grade students. The Springdale Elementary Student Council also presented school-wide initiatives expressing gratitude and support for veterans and their families. Students gave special recognition to Mrs. Maria Coon, Special Education Paraprofessional and U.S. Air Force veteran, and Mr. Don Snyder, Custodian and U.S. Marine veteran. 🚨🚧 ATTENTION - Another Railroad Closure:

SR 747 and Princeton Glendale Road will be closed from November 3 to November 11 due to railroad track repairs. There will be message boards to notify the traffic. Please plan alternate routes and allow extra time to travel.

This work is being conducted on behalf of the railroad in partnership with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT).

Springdale's own Officer Riordan made a visit to Mrs. Clements's 2nd grade classroom. He spoke to the students about 911, explaining knowing when to call & when it's not necessary.
