Due to a power outage, GLENDALE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL will be CLOSED on Monday, March 31, 2025.

Glendale Elementary School students are on a two-hour delay today, Monday, March 31, 2025, due to a power outage. If the status changes to closed, we will notify you by 9:30 AM. Staff will report to the Princeton Administration Center (PAC) at their regular start time. All other Princeton City Schools are operating on a regular schedule.

The 4th grade students sounded amazing on Thursday during their rehearsal for the annual 4th Grade All Sing performance tomorrow at the 67th Annual Festival of the Arts! It's Friendship Friday at Heritage Hill, one of our favorite days of the month! This month's lesson learned about perseverance & the importance of pushing through with courage even when the going gets tough! We did several hard exercises to practice perseverance and made posters to decorate the school to encourage all of our state test takers which begin next week. #AAGV

Meet the newest 2nd grade scientists from Miss Carlson and Mrs. Jones' homerooms at Heritage Hill Elementary School! These students learned how plants and animals help each other: pollination, shelter and food. They giant to see and touch a giant hissing cockroach and how plant cycles work. 5th grade students from Heritage Hill presented poems "Poetry Slam” style. Most poems were haiku’s which were submitted for a poetry contest. Other poems included favorites memories of Heritage Hill, free verse and roses are red poems with literary devices included. Awesome job, 5th graders, keep up the good work! #AAGV

Heritage Hill 5th graders enjoyed beautiful weather for their field trip to Green Acres this week! The Green Acres Foundation provides free educational field trips customized to school needs and includes topics such as agriculture, ecosystems, and fine arts. What a wonderful way to end the week prior to spring break! Thank you Green Acres Foundation for your continued partnership with Heritage Hill, providing free field trips and covering the cost of buses as well! #AAGV

Heritage Hill has new 3rd grade private detectives who investigated the case of our missing principal! 🕵️ Principal Peterson was missing & the students in Mrs. Yovanov's class had to use their inference and critical thinking skills to crack the case! Their hard work paid off and they solved the missing principal puzzle! Principal Peterson was never really missing, Mrs. Mehta was just playing a prank on the students! Such a fun and interactive way to use higher order thinking skills. #AAGV

Jake Sweeney Automotive Stadium (also known as Viking Stadium) and Pat Mancuso Field will be completely closed from March 10-14, 2025 for safety reasons. During this time, the press box is being removed, creating unsafe conditions that prohibit anyone from entering the facilities.
