Companies were evaluated using a rubric that considered data security, customer service, senior portrait flexibility, up-to-date yearbook software, family costs, senior banner capabilities, and feedback from other school districts.

The new partnership will also make senior portraits more convenient. All seniors at Princeton High School, Innovation Center, and Scarlet Oaks will have the opportunity to have their senior portrait taken at school, eliminating the need to travel to Northern Kentucky for a required studio appointment.
Families will also retain the freedom to choose their own photographer. The yearbook staff can accept an appropriate senior portrait from any photography studio, provided the photograph meets yearbook publication requirements.
Additional benefits of the partnership include dedicated customer service with bilingual support, secure safeguards for student photos and data, updated yearbook software and resources, and consistent sports and music banners across seasons and activities. Princeton will only display senior banners produced through Barksdale.
