We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 ToolBank Academy — a hands-on leadership and workforce development program designed for high school juniors and seniors who want to build skills, give back, and make an impact in their community.
The ToolBank Academy runs Wednesdays from 2–5 PM, January 14th through May 27th, followed by a paid summer work experience for 8 weeks throughout June and July. Students will:
Gain leadership, financial literacy, and community engagement skills
Earn First Aid, CPR, and other career-ready credentials
Design and implement a real neighborhood project through the ToolBank

This program is ideal for students who are curious about leadership, community impact, or careers in the trades, nonprofit sector, or local government.
