Viking Families,
Princeton High School and Viking Village went into a brief lockdown after school hours today, May 13, 2026, during a police investigation.
Two individuals had entered the building through an auxiliary gym and went into an unauthorized area during after school practices. Students reported seeing suspicious activity.
Working with local law enforcement, the campus went on lockdown until the situation was cleared. The lockdown was lifted, and evening practices and games will continue as scheduled.
Our students behaved admirably, working with our campus security and local law enforcement to share information about the suspects.
