This notice is to inform you of the July 15th deadline to update and sign your child's FinalForms for the 2026-2027 school year.
Why is this deadline important?
Compliance: Completing the forms ensures your child’s records are complete and compliant with school requirements.
Transportation: We can arrange proper transportation for your child on the first day of school.
Updated Information: It ensures we have the most current contact information for your child's safety and well-being.
To complete this process:
Log in to FinalForms at https://princeton-oh.finalforms.com/
Review and update any information that may have changed from last year
Digitally sign all forms
Remember, even if your information hasn't changed, you still need to review and sign the forms.

The next Final Forms Support Week will take place at the Princeton Welcome Center, 3900 Cottingham Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45241, from June 22-26, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, on a first-come, first-served basis. No appointment is necessary.
Spanish-speaking assistance will also be available during these Support Weeks.
