PCMS & HS student-athletes need a physical to participate in Fall Sports.
OHSAA Sports Physicals are available at the Student-Based Health Center in Viking Village on June 11, June 25, July 9, and July 23. Drop in appointments from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (closed for lunch 12-12:30 PM).

Bring $10 cash or your insurance card.
Updated Final Forms and a current physical are required.
