Princeton Community Middle School is offering counseling services to our students and staff this week. We are partnering with Talbert House and MindPeace to provide this support.
Services will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the following dates:
Tuesday, July 21
Wednesday, July 22
Thursday, July 23
Counseling will take place in the middle school DEN. All visitors should enter through the 7th-grade entrance.

Dear Princeton Family,
It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of our colleague and friend, Carlee Bongiorno, M.Ed.
Mrs. Bongiorno was a valued member of the Princeton family whose kindness, dedication, and care for others made a lasting impact on our students, staff, and community. For 19 years, she worked in education, with her most recent assignment for the Great Oaks, teaching STEM classes at Princeton Community Middle School. She will be remembered for the relationships she built and her passion for music and making the world a kinder place.
We understand that news like this may be especially difficult for those who worked closely with Carlee or knew her through our schools. Talbert House has counselors available on Tuesday, July 21st and Wednesday, July 22nd, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., to meet with any Princeton staff, students, or other individuals who may need to speak with someone about Mrs. Carlee Bongiorno.

Dear Princeton Family,
It is with profound sadness that Princeton City Schools announces the sudden passing of Mr. Justin Randle, a beloved paraprofessional and coach at Princeton Community Middle School, on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
Mr. Randle’s impact on Princeton goes well beyond the classroom, through his loving compassion, encouragement, and trusted mentorship. He made students feel seen, valued, and capable of life success, a legacy that will remain with his students for years to come. This loss of a cherished member of our community is deeply felt by staff, students, and all who loved him. Through our grief, we encourage everyone to remember Mr. Randle with fondness and admiration, as well as the inspiration he leaves behind.
Please keep Mr. Randle’s family, friends, and school community in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Service and memorial arrangements, along with an official obituary, will be shared on the district website when they become available. We know that news like this may be difficult for those who worked with Mr. Randle or knew him through our schools. Dr. Fausnuagh is contacting Talbert House for support.
